Research:
First, we researched our main client, AppIt Ventures. They are a Denver based custom software development agency focused on mobile app development (iOS app development & Android app development), web development, and custom software development.
Secondly, we researched our product users, their companies, goals, and beliefs. This was a constant throughout our process to affirm we were working in alignment with our users wants, needs, and goals.
Our companies in focus, were Maverick & CO and SecondAct| Women, both based in Denver, CO.
Maverick & CO, founded and curated by Alecia Huck. Alecia specializes in career coaching and business management.
SecondAct| Women, founded by Barbara Brooks. SecondAct| is a collective that works in helping, supporting, and empowering women in their 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s to excel in their careers and lives.
Aside from personal research, there was otherwise had no access to the business owners of our companies nor their target users. Therefore, we worked with assumptions without much information to confirm or deny our ideas. Therefore, with information gathered, we moved heavily into our Competitive Analysis.
